The displaying of products and/or prices on this site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLOURS

Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

Product measurements and capacities quoted on this site are approximate. Due to continuous product development, products supplied may differ slightly from those illustrated on this site, these amendments may include formulations and materials supplied. Product shown on this site are fit for the purpose for which they are intended Chambers and Perkins will not be held responsible for using products for purposes other than those suggested on the product.

9. PRICING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. Prices are exclusive of VAT at 20% (subject to government alterations).  Prices quoted exclude postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified within the site.

We ship to the United Kingdom in line with our standard online shop postage charges.  We are unable to accept International Orders via our web site.  If you would like to place an order and you live outside the United Kingdom, please email us for delivery charges.  Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.

For UK orders, goods will normally be despatched within 48 hours and should arrive within 3-4 days. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of specially sourced products.

We cannot send goods to any customers outside of the UK.

10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns Policy

We will offer a refund on damaged items within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.

If you return an item that the company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect your statutory rights). If you are returning an item you believe to be faulty more than 14 days after it was dispatched to you, please email our customer service department giving your order number, date of purchase and details of the perceived before returning the item to discuss the procedure to follow.

Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We may send you, brochures, leaflets and catalogues displaying our products and services, and may telephone you in order to tell you of promotional offers, to discuss account details or for market research.

We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside Chambers and Perkins and will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction. If you wish to update or delete your personal information, or if you prefer that we do not email you to tell you of promotional offers, please e-mail us.
